Solar value is not the same as bill savings.
Actual savings depend on self-consumption, export compensation, time-of-use rates, fixed charges, taxes, battery losses and system performance. The 150 kWh example only multiplies energy by the displayed electricity reference.
Methodology
Official data, normalized without hiding the differences.
U.S. electricity is the EIA residential retail average. UK electricity is the Ofgem Direct Debit default-tariff price-cap unit rate. Germany, France, Italy and Spain use Eurostat's household DC consumption band of 2,500–4,999 kWh per year, including taxes and levies.
U.S. fuel is shown as regular gasoline and on-highway diesel. The UK uses its official ULSP and ULSD pump-price series. EU gasoline uses Euro-super 95. All fuel prices are normalized to local currency per litre.

Retail electricity prices influence the potential value of energy you can use directly from solar or storage. Start with your actual consumption and loads rather than using a country reference as a substitute for your utility tariff.
